Staff #EliteCamp Ona Carbonell


The members of the #EliteCamp Technical Staff who will work side by side with Ona Carbonell and Laia Filella so that all the participants of the #EliteCamp have fun learning synchronized swimming.



Current member of the Spanish synchronized swimming team. In the London 2012 Olympic Games, in the duo modality, together with Andrea Fuentes, she won the silver medal and in the team modality, she won the bronze medal. A total of 20 medals in World Championships.


At the 2000 Olympic Games in Sydney, Australia, he won the bronze medal in the pair competition. He has also won several medals at world championships, including three gold medals at Barcelona 2003, Montreal 2005 and Melbourne 2007 in individual competition.

Vlada Chigireva


At the Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro 2016, he won the gold medal in the team competition. He also holds the title of “Honoured Master of Sport” in the Russian Federation.

Laia Filella


Swimming Trainer Synchronized by RFEN. Elite sportsman of the CN Kallipolis being part of the Spanish Team of artistic swimming until 2003. Medalist in world and European championships as well as repeated times champion of Spain. After her retirement as a sportsman she has worked in shows and musicals producing and interpreting the aquatic choreographies. She founded the Club de Sincro de La Nucía being technical director and trainer for 6 years. Part of the technical staff in three of the editions of the Ona Carbonell Synchro Campus. At the moment she is trainer of the groups of national competition of Artistic Swimming in the Club Natació Sabadell, as well as trainer in charge of the infantile category of artistic swimming of the Federation of Swimming of the Valencian Community.



Superior Trainer of Artistic Swimming. Superior technician in Sport Nutrition, feeding and dietotherapy, nutritional and sport coach and physical trainer. She was a swimmer in the Real Canoe N.C with a scholarship at the Centro de Tecnificación de Madrid (IMDER). Member of the national children’s team in 2006 to participate in the Comen Cup (gold medal). Coach for 4 years at Club Natació Eivissa. At the moment she is trainer of the categories Junior and Absolute of the Real Canoe.

Master swimmer and fourth of the world in duo, in the Master Championship of 2017 celebrated in Budapest. Coach in two campuses of the RFEN



Senior artistic swimming trainer, former swimmer of the 2009-2016 absolute selection, and current alevin and absolute trainer of the Granollers Swimming Club.

Maria Gallego


Assistant Trainer of Artistic Swimming. Currently alevin and infant fitness trainer and figures in A.D Sincro Retiro. Swimmer of Artistic Swimming from the 10 years, scholarship during two years in the Center of Technification of the Community of Madrid, being champion of Spain 7 times at individual level and by teams in all the categories. Since 2018 she is National Judge in artistic swimming.

Muriel Escalé


Current Sports Director of the Artistic Swimming Section of the Club Natació Granollers and Technician of the Junior National Team. Nine years of experience as a trainer of different categories, Graduated in Sciences of Physical Activity and Sport and Superior Trainer of Artistic Swimming by the RFEN. Several titles of Champion of Spain with Fry, Children and Junior of the Club Natació Granollers throughout the professional career.

Lorena Sanchez


Superior trainer of artistic swimming, graduated in physiotherapy and personal coach. Trainer in charge of different clubs in Spain for 8 years.
Swimmer of the Spanish selection for children and juniors.
